Shipping and payment

Delivery is carried out to Nova Poshta offices throughout Ukraine within 2-5 business days, except for the temporarily occupied territories (Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Crimea).
After the manager sends the order, you will receive a text message with the express waybill number. Using this number, you can track your order at any time and find out when it will be at the post office on the official website of Nova Poshta.
Be sure to check the integrity of the parcel and its compliance with the order at the post office before paying.

The cost, terms and specific delivery service are discussed individually with the manager of the online store.
When ordering to other countries - sending orders by Ukrposhta, delivery according to Ukrposhta tariffs.
Delivery time - from 2 to 4 weeks.

Payment in cash upon receipt of the goods (targeted delivery by Nova Poshta courier).
This payment option applies exclusively to delivery within the territory of Ukraine.

Pay for the order online with a Visa and MasterCard bank card through the LiqPay system.
Please note that withthis payment method, delivery of the goods is possible only after payment confirmation.

Payment for the order by cash on delivery is made after the parcel has been inspected for compliance with the order at the Nova Poshta branch.
Nova Poshta charges a commission of 2% of the order amount, plus 20 UAH for the transfer of funds.
If for some reason the order does not fit, you simply refuse to receive the parcel and do not pay anything.

Payment through a PrivatBank terminal or cash desk, Privat24 app, IBox or other terminals. The payment details will be provided by the manager after confirming the order.
Please note! For residents of other countries, payment for the order is made by money transfer (in national currency at the commercial rate on the day of payment). Theorder is shipped after 100% prepayment (cost of goods + shipping).
