Terms of exchange and return

You can return or exchange goods purchased in the Eleven Emotions online store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel.
The exchange and return of goods of good quality is possible only if you have kept the receipt, the item has a marketable condition, all the accompanying tags and has not been used.
To make a return, you need to:
Fill out a return application (sent upon request by the manager of the online store) and check the contents of the goods.

Possible ways to send a return

Important: all costs associated with the return/exchange of goods of good quality purchased in the online store are borne by the buyer.

Return the parcel through the branch of the transport company “Nova Poshta”.

  • The shipment is carried out at the tariffs of the TC “Nova Poshta”.

Attention: if the recipient's data is incorrect, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the parcel to our warehouse.
When returning the goods, you must attach a receipt and a completed application (sent upon request by the manager of the online store).
Please note!

  • It is possible to return an item of good quality only if its consumer properties and presentation are preserved (no traces of wear, the presence of original labels and tags);
  • To consider a return request, you need to send us the goods and a completed return application;
  • The refund period for the purchased goods is up to 14 banking days (calculated from the date of receipt of the returned goods at the warehouse together with the completed return application) to a bank card;
  • Goods with defects/incorrect configuration (goods that you did not order, or the size does not match the ordered one) must be returned to us with the original labels and in the original packaging;
  • We bear the cost of shipping goods of inadequate quality. To do this, you must provide a shipping receipt attached to the completed return application;
  • Some categories of goods, such as underwear, body, corset, are not subject to return and exchange in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 19, 1994, M 172. Read more here
